A London based Insurance Company - Project: Leadership Development Program

Objectives: Our leadership development program was designed to support this Insurance Company in developing a culture of high-performance by empowering their leaders to be open, to give tough feedback, to coach, motivate and inspire, to have hard conversations that drive change, and solve problems quickly.


We aimed to develop collective competence in surfacing problems as quickly, honestly, and respectfully as possible, to drive engagement for their teams and maximize team performance.

Results: The program was well-received by all the company's leaders, and they reported an increase in their confidence to give and receive feedback, lead constructive conversations, and support their teams' engagement and motivation.

 

We conducted a survey six months after the program's completion, which showed a significant improvement in leadership behaviours and team performance. These leaders are now significantly better equipped to create and sustain the desired leadership culture, and their teams are more engaged and productive as a result.

A Global Financial Services Company - Project: Learning & Development Strategy

Objectives: Our objective was to develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligned with their business objectives and supported their employees' growth and development.
